The Speaker talked at length about the proposed repeal of the State Income Tax, Medical Marijuana and the proposed expansion of Medicaid. Speaker Gunn talked about the job of being Speaker of the House of Representatives and facts about the Capitol building. He also gave some best practices for people who wish to make their opinion known to their elected officials.
